Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of curated in-person and virtual event experiences for the YPO community. This includes managing budgets, collaborating with global stakeholders, and overseeing all logistics from concept to post-event evaluation.

Lead and manage a global team of Network Engagement Managers to drive member engagement and optimize shared services resources. Collaborate across departments to design and implement strategies that maximize the value of network memberships for YPO members.

The Networks Engagement Manager develops and executes comprehensive engagement strategies to activate YPO members and their partners across various networks. This includes managing digital platforms, creating tailored content, and using data-driven insights to enhance the community experience.

You will design, build, and maintain a scalable API platform to support member ecosystems, chapter operations, and agentic AI integrations. This involves implementing production-grade APIs, ensuring robust security and governance, and managing the full API lifecycle using cloud-native infrastructure.
