The Field Service Technician - Travel is responsible for the installation, repair, optimization, and integration of Vontas mobile solutions. This role involves traveling to client locations to ensure vehicle functionality and hardware installations are correct.

Serve as a technical partner for transit agencies to maximize the value of CAD/AVL systems through troubleshooting, implementation, and guidance. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions, conduct property assessments, and provide ongoing customer support.
