Lead and develop a team of Project Managers to drive client outcomes and financial accountability within health system pharmacy consulting. Establish delivery standards, manage project budgets and utilization, and optimize PMO tools and platforms.

Leads clinical quality and safety initiatives, including the development of metric frameworks and the analysis of medication errors and adverse events. Coordinates regulatory and accreditation readiness while managing clinical competency and standardization for pharmacy staff.

Provides strategic and clinical leadership for medication access services, including prior authorizations and patient assistance programs. Manages the Medication Access Team and collaborates with healthcare providers to remove barriers to therapy and optimize patient outcomes.

Oversee daily operations and staffing for medication access specialists to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Manage personnel through recruitment, performance evaluations, and coaching while coordinating medication authorizations and benefits investigations.

The analyst will provide broad-based analytical and operational support for the 340B service line, including monitoring operational records, inventory, and purchasing accounts to ensure system accuracy. Responsibilities also involve supporting client troubleshooting, maintaining client software, and proactively sharing knowledge to resolve issues and optimize improvements.
