The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Recruiting solutions to enhance candidate experiences and recruiter effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable configurations and providing post-go-live support.

Lead the deployment, configuration, and support of Workday Payroll solutions specifically for US and Canadian clients. Partner with payroll leads to optimize business processes and troubleshoot system performance across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
