The Business Development Associate is responsible for generating new business leads and nurturing them into opportunities through research and cold calling. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to sell service offerings and maintain a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Lead advanced process development for molding and manufacturing programs using scientific molding and cavity pressure control. Provide technical leadership for tooling design, process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and support NPI and business development initiatives.
