Lead the ramping of new products and the transfer of D&D projects into the plastics business unit while managing P&L for the Fremont location. Oversee NPI portfolios, drive project timelines, and collaborate with leadership to execute business unit initiatives.

Develop accurate cost estimates and quotes for plastic parts and assemblies using engineering knowledge and costing tools. Act as the technical lead in customer meetings to collaborate on optimized manufacturing solutions and maximize profitability.

Lead advanced process development for molding and manufacturing programs using scientific molding and cavity pressure control. Provide technical leadership for tooling design, process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and support NPI and business development initiatives.
