Abstract and assign ICD-10-CM and CPT codes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal reimbursement. Serve as a subject matter expert by mentoring staff and resolving complex coding and billing discrepancies.

Develop and lead coding education programs for physicians and specialists to ensure legal compliance and accurate charge capture. Provide ongoing training and technical support regarding clinical documentation guidelines and healthcare data accuracy.

This position performs high-level technical systems analysis and programming, acting independently to understand customer needs and ensure maximum utilization of automation and system availability. Responsibilities include program design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and working with other teams to ensure infrastructure performance and system implementation.
