Lead national agricultural seed treatment sales by driving growth and cultivating long-term relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. Manage the overall go-to-market commercial strategy, including product lines, pricing, and promotions for the Seed Technology Platform.

Drive sales and business development for water treatment solutions across Washington State through a technical, solution-focused lens. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with engineering teams to develop practical solutions.

Generate and execute sales plans to achieve growth targets while managing relationships with key stakeholders in the wastewater treatment industry. Provide on-site and virtual technical support, including system analysis and equipment maintenance, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead the setup, operation, and maintenance of proprietary wastewater treatment pilot systems and full-scale testing at industrial client sites. Collect and analyze performance data to optimize chemical treatment programs and provide technical field support to sales teams.
