The SVP is accountable for the end-to-end engineering function, overseeing the design, build, and operation of software platforms, web experiences, and APIs. This leader sets the technical strategy, manages engineering roadmaps, and ensures the delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant systems for financial services.

Design and develop high-performance backend services and APIs for ETF trading applications using C# and .NET 10. Build integrations with Bloomberg and implement real-time data delivery systems using SignalR and Redis.

The role involves guiding the day-to-day administration of ETFs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Key duties include overseeing fund accounting, reviewing financial statements, and coordinating with third-party service providers.

This role involves managing and streamlining daily financial operations, including owning end-to-end AR/AP processes, overseeing the monthly/quarterly close, and preparing accurate financial statements with actionable insights for leadership. Key duties also include monitoring corporate spending, leading fund expense management, and continuously driving process improvement through the integration of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.

This role serves as the primary platform analyst and subject matter expert for Bloomberg and core trading systems, focusing on platform ownership, workflow design, and continuous optimization to support trading strategies. The analyst partners closely with Trading, Technology, and Compliance to ensure systems meet business needs, control requirements, and scale effectively.
