Establish and manage controls in Bloomberg AIM to ensure ETF investment limits and restrictions are followed. Oversee the full trading compliance lifecycle from policy implementation to pre- and post-trade monitoring.

Manage the end-to-end operational execution of ETF launches, coordinating between internal teams, clients, and third-party providers. Ensure all regulatory and operational deadlines are met while maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting for senior leadership.

Design and develop high-performance backend services and APIs for ETF trading applications using C# and .NET 10. Build integrations with Bloomberg and implement real-time data delivery systems using SignalR and Redis.

This role involves managing and streamlining daily financial operations, including owning end-to-end AR/AP processes, overseeing the monthly/quarterly close, and preparing accurate financial statements with actionable insights for leadership. Key duties also include monitoring corporate spending, leading fund expense management, and continuously driving process improvement through the integration of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.

This role serves as the primary platform analyst and subject matter expert for Bloomberg and core trading systems, focusing on platform ownership, workflow design, and continuous optimization to support trading strategies. The analyst partners closely with Trading, Technology, and Compliance to ensure systems meet business needs, control requirements, and scale effectively.
