The Executive Vice President of Fund Operations will lead and scale the ETF operating platform, overseeing fund administration, accounting, and regulatory compliance. This role involves building a sustainable operating model while managing service provider relationships and ensuring strong internal controls.

Act as the primary subject matter expert and owner for Bloomberg and other core trading platforms to optimize execution workflows and market access. Partner with traders, technology, and compliance teams to ensure platform effectiveness, governance, and continuous improvement.

Manage the end-to-end operational execution of ETF launches, coordinating between internal teams, clients, and third-party providers. Ensure all regulatory and operational deadlines are met while maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting for senior leadership.

Design and develop high-performance backend services and APIs for ETF trading applications using C# and .NET 10. Build integrations with Bloomberg and implement real-time data delivery systems using SignalR and Redis.
