The SVP of Software and Web Engineering is responsible for the end-to-end engineering function, including designing, building, and operating software platforms and internal tools. This role involves setting engineering direction, developing talent, and ensuring systems meet operational and client expectations.

The role focuses on designing, backtesting, and refining quantitative ETF investment strategies while developing proprietary tools for performance analysis. It also involves managing product risk using VaR frameworks and innovating new ETF products based on market trends.

This role involves managing and streamlining daily financial operations, including owning end-to-end AR/AP processes, overseeing the monthly/quarterly close, and preparing accurate financial statements with actionable insights for leadership. Key duties also include monitoring corporate spending, leading fund expense management, and continuously driving process improvement through the integration of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.

This role serves as the primary platform analyst and subject matter expert for Bloomberg and core trading systems, focusing on platform ownership, workflow design, and continuous optimization to support trading strategies. The analyst partners closely with Trading, Technology, and Compliance to ensure systems meet business needs, control requirements, and scale effectively.
