They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive product requirements and ensure high-quality, automated solutions.
Provide deep technical guidance and support to customers during onboarding and ongoing use of products like Safer and Thorn Detect. Act as a technical advocate by communicating customer needs to internal Product and Engineering teams while maintaining support documentation.
