The VP of Partner Success & Development strengthens service delivery, partner relationships, and operational performance across SDU operations. This role acts as a leadership extension to SVPs, coordinating between Project Directors, state partners, and internal departments to ensure commitments are met.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. Duties include categorizing all received calls and recording any abusive or extraordinary calls.
