The Commercial Counsel will primarily support contract review, negotiation, and commercial disputes for the inverter and battery sales teams. Additionally, the role involves providing legal advice on corporate compliance, governance, and managing outside legal counsel.
The TPRM Lead will establish and operate a scalable program for managing vendor, supplier, and third-party risk across the organization. Additionally, the role supports the development of business continuity and resilience capabilities, including Business Impact Analysis and BCDR program elements.
