The role acts as a technical owner for customer-facing data workflows, integrations, and AI-driven automation. Responsibilities include designing technical solutions for customers, building internal tooling, and translating customer patterns into product requirements.

Lead the end-to-end design process for complex B2B SaaS workflows, focusing on the integration of AI-enabled product experiences. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI behavior, maintain design systems, and validate solutions through prototyping and testing.

The Event Marketer will plan, organize, and execute external events end-to-end for customers and prospects, owning the full lifecycle from concept through on-site execution and follow-up. This role requires close partnership with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align events with business goals and involves essential travel.

Design, architect, and build the core product as part of the engineering team. Take ownership of outcomes and support them through iteration and documentation.
