Manage a portfolio of students to drive engagement, retention, and completion through consistent outreach and coaching. Collaborate with internal teams to monitor cohort health and use data to identify and support at-risk students.

The mentor will provide 1:1 guidance and applied concept reinforcement to students enrolled in a sterile processing training program. They will also collaborate with instructors to identify learning trends and support students in their preparation for the CRCST certification exam.

This role involves delivering instruction for a Sterile Processing Technician Program using a live instructor format. The primary focus is on educating participants within this specialized technical field.

The instructor will facilitate large-group review sessions for aspiring Pharmacy Technicians, focusing on study strategies and memorization techniques. They will also prepare independently for live sessions and support exam preparation.
