The mentor will provide weekly 1:1 coaching and surgical skills guidance to students enrolled in an online Surgical Technician program. They will also act as instructional partners to help translate classroom concepts into real-world operating room practices.
The instructor will facilitate live 90-minute learning sessions to prepare students for the TS-C certification exam. They will also collaborate with the learning team to develop instructional materials and refine session agendas for the new program.
The mentor will provide 1:1 guidance and applied concept reinforcement to students enrolled in a sterile processing training program. They will also collaborate with instructors to identify learning trends and support students in their preparation for the CRCST certification exam.
