Trainees will participate in a 10-week program to learn the day-to-day work of an acquisitions editor through a sandbox environment and developmental editing mentorship. They will work directly with the editorial team to complete a live project while gaining experience in the editorial process.

Lead and manage publicity campaigns for commercial romance imprints to generate national attention and drive sales. This includes securing media placements, managing influencer campaigns, and planning author tours and launch events.
