Audit and process medium to complex crop insurance claim files to ensure quality, compliance, and production standards. Serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance to colleagues and collaborating with underwriters, agents, and producers to resolve claim issues.

Responsible for adjusting Multi-Peril Crop Insurance, Private Products, and Named Peril claims within a specific territory. This includes performing field inspections, investigating crop damage, and maintaining professional relationships with policyholders and agents.

The Crop Insurance Adjuster will support Multi-Peril Crop Insurance claims operations by building relationships with policyholders and agents, conducting field inspections, and recording loss information. Responsibilities also include following established procedures and explaining findings to policyholders.

Drive growth by building and managing relationships with independent crop insurance agents across an assigned territory. Serve as a technical resource for Federal Crop Insurance Program regulations and deliver training on business tools and processes.

Assess insurance applications, production, and acreage reports to ensure acceptance and compliance with RMA guidelines. Conduct policy reviews and process exceptions while providing exceptional customer service to agents.

The Business Development Representative achieves insurance sales by establishing and maintaining working relationships with independent insurance agents within a specified region, while also servicing a book of business to meet growth and profitability goals. Responsibilities include assisting in forging relationships with agents, interpreting government regulations, executing training programs, and assisting in the development of strategic marketing plans.
