The Senior Customer Success Manager will own the enterprise relationship and long-term success for strategic accounts in the construction and data center sectors. They will quarterback internal alignment of resources, lead executive business reviews, and drive account retention and expansion.
The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of construction and data center accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. They are responsible for driving product adoption, conducting business reviews, and identifying opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
