The Associate General Counsel provides business-focused legal counsel on contracts, transactions, employment matters, and healthcare regulatory issues. They partner with executive leadership to mitigate legal risk while supporting strategic growth initiatives across a multi-state environment.

The Senior Corporate Accountant will support the transition to institutional-grade financial reporting and standardize accounting policies across the organization. They will also manage internal controls, assist with external audits, and drive process automation to enhance financial efficiency.

Acts as a strategic partner to regional leaders to align people strategies with business goals and drive high performance. Manages the full employee lifecycle, including talent management, employee relations, and compliance across the west coast region.

The role involves performing financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and building financial models to support long-term planning. Key duties include analyzing financial statements, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with the CFO and executive team.
