Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of specialists and executives, from requirement analysis to contract signing. This includes active sourcing via LinkedIn and Xing, building talent pools, and advising hiring managers on market potential.

Lead the activation, optimization, and scaling of digital campaigns across paid media, ABM, and emerging channels. Coordinate with agencies and regional teams to translate go-to-market strategies into consistent, high-quality execution.

Define and implement common best practices and standardized sales processes across Securitas Technology Europe as part of the Aurora Program. Coordinate a network of country-level process owners to align business requirements and drive system implementation.

Provide remote technical support for security systems and manage customer requests. Perform on-site commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security and fire alarm systems.

The consultant partners with Security Design Managers to develop technical security designs, scope of works, and design documentation for global accounts across the EMEA region. This role involves leading design revisions, ensuring compliance, compiling performance metrics, and providing security consultancy aligned with client standards and regulations.

The Global Account Manager drives growth, strengthens long-term partnerships, and delivers exceptional client value for a key global technology customer by blending commercial insight and technical understanding. Major responsibilities include leading strategic account growth through proactive opportunity identification and nurturing trusted relationships with decision-makers across the client's organization.

This role supports the Technology division across Europe by delivering people-focused support throughout the employee lifecycle and shaping effective HR processes. Key duties include partnering with leaders, driving HR initiatives, leading or supporting HR Business Process Owner activity, and contributing to ERP/HRIS implementation.
