Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical digital radio software solutions for public safety services. Collaborate with Agile teams to build scalable, resilient systems using modern protocols like SIP and 3GPP.

The analyst will lead the development of program cost and/or schedule baselines, analyze program performance, and serve as a subject matter expert mentoring teams on program management tools and processes. Key duties include advanced analysis of Estimate at Complete, managing risk/opportunity, and preparing timely program review documents for senior leadership.
