Design and build APIs and services for the RoadieXD cross-dock solution and develop internal and customer-facing tools using React. Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex logistics challenges and improve platform scalability and performance.

Identify, investigate, and resolve risk-related issues and platform misuse to ensure user safety. Partner with legal teams and law enforcement to manage high-risk situations and reduce company liabilities.

Lead the evolution of internal billing and sender payment platforms by owning the roadmap and backlog. Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable payment solutions and translate business needs into technical requirements.

Develop and maintain high-quality internal and external content to support the Customer Experience team and customers. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and optimized self-service outcomes.
