The Associate Director will act as a lead expert in disputes related to architectural design and construction defects, preparing expert reports for various dispute resolution processes. They will also provide technical advisory services and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop remedial strategies.

The candidate will evaluate claims of human health effects related to chemical exposure and conduct chemical risk assessments. They will also manage casework, communicate findings to clients, and provide litigation support as necessary.
