Lead the transformation of the marketing intelligence platform into an AI-native environment featuring agentic systems. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers while overseeing platform reliability, scalability, and martech integrations.

Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Data Activation product roadmap, focusing on partner integration platforms and infrastructure. Collaborate with leadership to translate business strategy into functional requirements and manage the delivery of audience activation workflows.

Design and implement microservices and data pipelines to automate consumer survey ingestion and processing. Develop backend services using Spring Boot and big data architectures to derive insights from population data.
