Lead the technical deployment and installation of the RapidSOS platform at emergency communications centers, focusing on VoIP integrations and hardware setup. Manage the end-to-end implementation timeline and act as the technical liaison between customers and internal product teams.

The FP&A Manager will own core financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights. They will also lead the automation of financial reporting and KPI management by collaborating with BI and data engineering teams.
