Lead the technical deployment and installation of the RapidSOS platform at emergency communications centers, focusing on VoIP integrations and hardware setup. Manage the end-to-end implementation timeline and act as the technical liaison between customers and internal product teams.

Lead the strategic direction and operation of scalable IT infrastructure and the company's application landscape. Drive an automation-first culture to reduce operational toil and partner with InfoSec to manage vulnerabilities and incident response.

The FP&A Manager will own core financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights. They will also lead the automation of financial reporting and KPI management by collaborating with BI and data engineering teams.

The Solutions Architect will lead technical sales conversations, conduct product demonstrations, and guide clients on the implementation of RapidSOS APIs. They will also partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and translate client requirements into technical solution documents.
