Support day-to-day patient services operations, including workflow coordination, Salesforce implementation, and reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into operational requirements and optimize standard operating procedures.

Provides daily oversight of case management operations and team performance while acting as a liaison between clients, providers, and internal leadership. Manages program workstreams, staffing needs, and strategic implementation to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
