PM Pediatric Care

Lead national payer strategy and contract negotiations for Urgent Care and Behavioral Health service lines to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Develop value-based care partnerships and manage executive-level relationships with Tier 1 payers and Medicaid programs.

The role is responsible for architecting the end-to-end patient and partner journey across B2B and B2C channels to maximize conversion and care engagement. This includes managing the commercial tech stack, specifically HubSpot and eClinicalWorks, to integrate referral pipelines and telehealth platforms.

Provide expert assessment and evidence-based treatment for pediatric patients in both in-person and telemedicine settings. Oversee daily clinical operations, patient flow, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.

Assess and treat acute pediatric injuries and illnesses for both in-person and telemedicine patients. Oversee daily office operations, patient flow, and provide clinical guidance to staff and trainees.
