The SVP & General Manager will have full responsibility for the strategic direction, growth, financial performance, and overall success of Artemetrx. This leader will drive innovation across technology, analytics, and advisory services while building high-performing teams to scale the business.

The Data Scientist will develop and scale analytical capabilities, including predictive and machine learning models, to improve client decision-making and drug management solutions. They will analyze complex pharmacy and medical claims data to identify trends and communicate actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Director of Business Operations & Performance will build and lead the operational infrastructure connecting commercial growth, client delivery, and financial performance. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership to drive accountability, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Lead end-to-end business strategy projects and manage multi-level client relationships for national and regional health plans. Oversee the procurement process, including RFP development, vendor contract negotiation, and execution to ensure optimal business terms.

Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the Health Plan segment by originating and closing new business opportunities. Lead the end-to-end sales process and develop multi-year growth strategies for pharmacy and healthcare performance solutions.

Develop and execute annual marketing plans and campaigns to drive revenue and brand recognition for the pharmacy benefit consulting division. Collaborate with sales leaders and subject matter experts to create content strategies and manage industry events and PR opportunities.
