Guide learners through onboarding and provide personalized, proactive support throughout their certificate programs. Monitor engagement and retention outcomes, refine outreach strategies, contribute to AI-powered support tools, and relay learner feedback to internal teams.
Plan, conduct, and synthesize research on users, markets, product features, and curriculum, using methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and quantitative data analysis. Build and maintain the subject matter expert advisor network, organize research operations and findings, and share actionable insights with Product, Design, Learning Experience Design, and go-to-market teams.
The Learning Experience Designer will craft high-quality, learner-centered curriculum for online delivery through the Pathstream platform. They will manage the entire course creation lifecycle, from scoping and design to content quality assurance and strategic alignment.
