Responsibilities include tracking progress, following up on overdue tasks, communicating project activities, and maintaining meeting minutes and status reports.

The role involves owning the full social media presence, from strategy and planning to daily execution, focusing on creating compelling content to grow the community and drive donor acquisition. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, developing outreach efforts, overseeing design elements, and compiling performance reports for management.

The Volunteer Recruiter will lead volunteer recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent for project-based roles within HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and Research & Evaluation. Responsibilities include screening, interviewing, onboarding new volunteers, and refining the project-based staffing model for efficient placement.

The role involves developing a comprehensive demand generation strategy to grow nonprofit partnerships, secure corporate sponsorships, and drive individual donor engagement through integrated marketing campaigns. This person will also co-lead the Marketing & Communications team, analyze marketing insights, and manage online community discussions.
