Lead the team growing adoption of the myReha app in therapy practices across Germany, owning the funnel from practice acquisition and onboarding through patient activation and ongoing engagement. Set team priorities, coach and participate in calls, run rigorous experiments and funnel analyses, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Insurance, and Account Management.
You will own the end-to-end acquisition of new therapeutic practices within your region, from initial contact to active adoption of the myReha platform. Additionally, you will manage your own sales pipeline and KPIs while collaborating with internal teams to drive market growth.
You will own the full clinic sales cycle from initial prospecting and remote demos to pilot management and contract closure. Additionally, you will build and maintain a clean sales pipeline while collaborating with the clinical sales team to drive repeatable growth.
You will own and grow insurer partnerships by building strong relationships and demonstrating the economic value of digital neurological rehabilitation solutions. The role involves turning one-off wins into scalable revenue streams and identifying new partnership opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Support patients transitioning from inpatient rehab to digital aftercare via chat and phone to ensure therapy continuity. Monitor patient progress, prevent dropout risks, and collaborate with clinics and product teams to improve the myReha platform.
