The Technical Program Officer will coordinate initiatives to improve clinical quality and promote the adoption of best practices in clubfoot treatment across programs. They will also lead workforce development efforts, including training and mentorship, while managing technical projects and research initiatives.

The Program Grants Officer will manage the financial and operational aspects of grants awarded to partners, totaling $5.2M and growing, ensuring financial excellence across French-speaking partners. This involves hands-on management of the partner grant portfolio throughout the lifecycle and assisting program staff with successful clubfoot program implementation.
