Administer HubSpot and maintain accurate CRM data, workflows, integrations, dashboards, and recurring reports across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Services. Support lead-to-customer processes, deal desk workflows, user training, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and operational improvements.
The Medicare Advantage Stars SME will serve as a bridge between regulatory requirements and technical product development to improve health plan performance. This role involves interpreting CMS guidance, defining functional requirements for analytics tools, and engaging with health plans to drive quality improvement strategies.
The analyst will ingest, organize, and validate Medicare Advantage Stars data to generate actionable insights for health plans. They will design data marts, build analytical models, and create dashboards to monitor performance against CMS quality measures.
You will embed with health plan and system clients to gather requirements and build custom dashboards and analytical views. Additionally, you will translate client needs into productized reporting and collaborate with internal data and product teams to improve the platform.
