The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and enforcing standardized workflows across administrative, medical, and portfolio management functions. This includes monitoring KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting system migrations to improve operational throughput.

Manage patient coordination, provider scheduling, and the maintenance of Electronic Health Records (EHR) with high accuracy. Execute backend administrative workflows and ensure all processes adhere to healthcare compliance standards and SLAs.

Handle inbound and outbound clinical calls for scheduling, reminders, and wellness checks. Manage medical records, EMR notes, and Worker's Compensation documentation.

The Implementation Specialist manages the transition of new clients from project initiation through go-live and post-implementation support. Key duties include coordinating technical setups, leading kick-off calls, and providing progress reports to leadership.

The Virtual Medical Assistant will answer inbound calls for scheduling and clinic information, as well as make outbound calls for patient appointment reminders and wellness checks. They will also supply EMR notes on all calls and communicate via Google Chat with personnel.
