Own the end-to-end operational execution of project and order setup within SAP S/4HANA Project Operations. Manage billing activities, ensure data accuracy for financial reporting, and support the transition from legacy processes.

Lead and manage daily IT support operations across Europe and APAC, ensuring alignment with global standards and service delivery expectations. Manage a distributed team of specialists and serve as the primary regional escalation point for complex technical issues.

Plan and execute IT, security, and service provider audits based on standards like ISO 27001 and TISAX. Document audit findings and collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation measures and implementation plans.

Design and document technical architecture for a complex ecosystem involving SAP S/4HANA, SaaS, and AI-enabled services. Translate business requirements into scalable integration patterns while collaborating with BPM specialists and external vendors.

Manage IT-related business projects, including planning, resource management, and reporting to leadership. Provide technical consulting and solution design while coordinating between business and central function stakeholders.

Provide high-level administrative support to three Partners, including complex calendar, travel, and expense management across time zones. Assist with client-facing project work, CRM updates, and the coordination of internal and external senior-level interactions.

The role involves designing, building, and operating production-grade internal AI applications, embedding company methods into reusable capabilities, and establishing foundational engineering patterns for the central Data & AI function. Key tasks include implementing LangGraph/LangChain workflows, integrating internal data via APIs, building evaluation datasets, and implementing security guardrails.
