(Senior) Director AI Engineering

As a (Senior) Director AI Engineering, you will shape the strategic direction of our AI Engineering practice while leading large-scale AI transformation programs for global clients. You will combine commercial leadership, technical expertise, and people leadership to build scalable AI capabilities, develop innovative AI offerings, and expand Simon-Kucher's market position in enterprise AI.

Working closely with senior client executives, partners, technology providers, and multidisciplinary teams, you will drive the adoption of AI at scale while growing both our client relationships and our AI Engineering capabilities. This role can be performed fully remotely within Poland. 

The salary for this position ranges from PLN 34 000 to PLN 35 200 gross per month under an employment contract (UoP), depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.
