The Managing Broker provides compliance oversight and transaction guidance to real estate agents to ensure regulatory adherence. They serve as the primary escalation point for complex broker-related matters and collaborate across departments to support agent success.

The role involves designing and implementing scalable data architecture and managing ETL/ELT pipelines to support business outcomes. Additionally, the engineer will drive data governance and optimize data performance and quality across operational and analytical stores.

Lead and develop a team of Compliance Specialists to manage the pre-closing file review process for the brokerage. Ensure all transaction files meet regulatory and internal requirements while driving operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.

Lead and develop a team of specialists responsible for the accurate and timely processing of agent commission payments. Oversee transactional accounting, monitor performance metrics, and resolve payment-processing escalations.
