The Senior Workday Security Analyst will architect and maintain scalable security frameworks across Workday HR and Finance modules. They are responsible for managing user access governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving complex security issues.
You will own the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company's data solutions portfolio, including central repositories and enterprise reporting tools. Additionally, you will lead and develop a team of product managers while partnering with data engineering and science teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
