The consultants will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Africa Frontline First initiative, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. They will perform desk reviews, administer surveys, conduct interviews, and synthesize findings to provide actionable recommendations.

The consultant will strengthen continental primary health care financing policies and frameworks to increase domestic resource mobilization and sustainability. Key tasks include supporting the Africa CDC's strategic initiatives, coordinating the Continental Coordinating Mechanism for Community Health, and developing financing frameworks.
