The Senior Software Engineer will develop AI-powered product capabilities and integrate Model Context Protocol servers to connect AI models with Kion data. They will also contribute to architectural decisions across the full stack while maintaining scalable front-end components and API services.

The Technical Account Manager serves as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of customers, managing the technical lifecycle from onboarding through renewal. They act as the connective tissue between customers and internal teams while driving platform adoption, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on cloud governance and FinOps.

Lead end-to-end technical evaluations and discovery calls to map prospect needs to product outcomes. Partner with the Solutions team to drive the narrative arc and build business cases for enterprise stakeholders.
