Provide expert support and quality control for small to mid-sized retirement plans, focusing on compliance testing and trust accounting. Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams and plan sponsors on complex ERISA and distribution issues.

Serve as the primary point of contact for retirement plan participants via phone, email, and chat. Assist with account questions and support the distributions team with withdrawal requests.

Provide support for retirement plan administration, including compliance testing, trust accounting, and Form 5500 preparation. Collaborate with internal teams and external administrators to resolve plan issues and improve departmental processes.

The consultant will manage a portfolio of retirement plans, ensuring accurate service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements. They will act as a liaison between actuarial and client service teams while performing complex testing and plan valuations.
