The Staff Security Engineer will define the security strategy, roadmap, and architecture while overseeing the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC). They will also lead security initiatives for AI development, manage incident response, and mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of security.
You will develop and maintain Databricks-based data pipelines while establishing robust data modeling patterns and medallion architecture standards. Additionally, you will focus on data governance, quality, and building scalable serving patterns for downstream analytical datasets.
The role is responsible for sourcing a B2B pipeline by targeting technical executives and managing complex deal cycles through product demos and POCs. It also involves partnering with Sales Engineering and Customer Success to drive post-sale expansion and renewals.
