The Claims Adjuster Associate is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling pet insurance claims. This includes reviewing medical histories to determine health baselines and verifying policy coverage for appropriate compensation.

The agent will research and respond to insurance and non-insurance customer inquiries across multiple digital channels and phone. They are also responsible for processing new enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks while educating customers on product offerings.
