The DBA III provides high-level support for database incident resolution, problem analysis, and project task fulfillment. They oversee the work of junior DBAs and manage database maintenance, patching, and performance tuning across various platforms.

Acts as the first point of contact for scheduling high-level medical, radiology, and surgical procedures while coordinating with surgeons and anesthesia. Responsible for gathering financial and insurance information and preparing patients for preoperative procedures.

Directs and oversees multiple Revenue Cycle departments, including billing, collections, and denials management, to optimize reimbursement and operational efficiency. Manages outside contractors, develops system-wide policies, and ensures compliance with corporate and government reporting standards.

The analyst will strengthen enterprise portfolio decision-making through advanced analytics, resource utilization insights, and the development of portfolio dashboards. They will also lead automation and modernization initiatives to improve governance efficiency and data quality across the project lifecycle.

The Virtual Medical Assistant serves as a liaison between various stakeholders in patient care, responding to inbound requests and assisting with virtual care activities. Responsibilities include gathering medical history, managing appointment scheduling, and ensuring effective communication regarding patient care.
