The Technical Support Engineer will install and commission biobank and compound management systems for international clients, provide training and technical support, and perform maintenance and troubleshooting. They will also plan, execute, and document all service interventions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will be the primary contact for technical service to customers using our Liquid Handling Robotics products. This role involves maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
