At our site in Sweden , we sell state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in the biopharmaceutical, chemical and brewery industry, as well as pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical and food industry through to cell and DNA research.

How you can make a difference:

For our Process Analytics Business Unit, we are looking for an Areas Sales Manager in Denmark to support with:

  • Drive sales growth and close business opportunities within the assigned territory.

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective territory management and prospecting.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers to support long-term business growth.

  • Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Develop and execute territory business plans, including strategies for new customer acquisition and market expansion.

  • Monitor market trends, customer activities, and competitor developments to identify opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and other internal teams to align business objectives.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Hamilton’s process analytics product portfolio.

  • Manage customer activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.

  • Prepare and manage quotations, contracts, and related sales documentation.

  • Track sales performance and provide regular updates on territory results and growth opportunities.

That’s what you bring along:

  • Experience in sales and distribution of analytical process equipment at least 3 years.

  • Knowledge of pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen, cell density, CO₂, and conductivity sensors is an advantage.

  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.

  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence decision-makers, and close sales.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales process management.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing a sales territory independently.
