The Technical Recruiter will drive proactive outbound sourcing and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for AI engineering and technical roles across the U.S. and Colombia. They are responsible for optimizing the ATS and AI-powered recruiting tools to build a high-velocity, data-driven talent pipeline.
The VP of AI Strategy will own the full lifecycle of AI strategy engagements, from initial kickoff to final delivery and retainer conversion. They will lead client workshops, develop AI roadmaps, and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure measurable business outcomes.
You will lead and develop a team of engineers in Colombia while owning the end-to-end delivery of AI systems across multiple client engagements. You will also serve as a strategic partner to the Head of AI Engineering to define technical direction and maintain high quality standards.
You will lead and mentor the Colombia engineering team while staying hands-on with the development of complex, production-grade AI systems. You will also collaborate with clients to translate business problems into technical architectures and ensure high-quality delivery.
You will design and build complex backend AI modules, including agentic workflows and RAG pipelines, while ensuring production-grade performance and scalability. You will also own the end-to-end delivery of AI components and contribute to internal tooling to streamline future client engagements.
The role acts as a bridge between sales and engineering, translating client needs into precise Statements of Work (SOW) and internal handover documents. You will manage 5-10 parallel engagements, ensuring technical feasibility and defining the scope of AI solutions before they are signed.
