The coordinator serves as the primary liaison between J-1 sponsors, participants, and insurance providers to manage health insurance enrollment and compliance. They ensure all coverage meets Department of State requirements and provide ongoing support and guidance to participants regarding their benefits.

The Legal Specialist supports the Legal Department by managing contract lifecycles, maintaining accurate legal records, and ensuring adherence to laws and internal policies. They also conduct legal research and assist in the development of company policies and procedures.
