Lead engagement strategies to drive the adoption of blood-based cancer screening solutions among healthcare providers. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate clinical value into compelling narratives and manage provider-facing communications and tools.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and fault-tolerant backend services to support early cancer detection. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards and hygiene.

This role is responsible for all aspects related to assigned clinical trial monitoring and site management, ensuring compliance with protocol, regulatory, and ICH GCP obligations across site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out activities. Key duties include performing on-site and remote monitoring, verifying source document accuracy, writing and submitting reports, and escalating observed deficiencies.
