The Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the Equal Justice Academy by coordinating learning activities, logistics, and participant communications. They also assist with research, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of global learning programs.

The Manager will establish and scale the Equal Justice Academy by developing training systems, curricula, and operational mechanisms. They will also collaborate with global partners to deliver inclusive, trauma-informed training that strengthens feminist legal capacity and advocacy ecosystems.

Develop an authoritative research paper on delivering justice for sexual offence survivors in specific Sierra Leone districts with comparative global perspectives. Present the findings and recommendations during a high-level convening in Freetown in October 2026.
