You will own the design of in-store features from discovery through production, partnering with product and engineering teams to solve complex retail workflows. You will conduct user research and leverage data to iterate on product experiences that support store associates and managers.
The VP of Product will take day-to-day ownership of the product organization, translating company goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. They will lead the product team, partner with Design and Engineering, and drive the company's AI-native product strategy.
You will own the reliability, observability, and scalability of Endear's systems while driving root-cause fixes for recurring incidents. Additionally, you will establish a nearshore triage process to reduce operational interruptions for product engineers.
