You will analyze learner and teacher data to identify drivers of learning outcomes and design experiments to test product and program improvements. You will also collaborate with operations and learning teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for scaling impact.
You will design and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation systems to track program impact and data quality across multiple countries. Additionally, you will lead the M&E team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure data-driven decision-making and program optimization.
